Vöhringer, founded in 1921, has its origin in wood converting. For lamination of panel stock we are the pioneer and international system supplier, leading the RV sector (recreational vehicle). Today we manufacture in four major product groups:

Laminated panels
Experience of more than 40 years: Vöhringer is the top leader for panel laminating. We set up lightweight dimensions with the first paper laminated plywood for the caravan (RV) sector.
Since then we set up benchmarks and innovations with customer specific products on our five special facilities. Our creative design and development department is always responsible for market implementation of new materials and processes. Industrial dimensions or individual special-purpose solutions? Both are our daily business. Whatever substrate you prefer, we will process everything from 1mm to 50mm thickness. You will need extreme pressure resistant sandwich panels with honeycomb construction? We will produce them. With us your are always one step ahead – we have the latest machinery, motivated staff and a unique know-how.

PU Parts
The benefits are lightweight construction, extremely versatile and cost-effective all due to ultramodern PU-Technology and made by Vöhringer. We shape this fascinating material according to your requirements. We are producing individual profiles, shaped parts and complete furniture elements in our 2 part high-pressure plant and robotic production line. Mixture, density and procedure are finely tuned according to your product. If needed we can consider inserts, sleeves or metal inlays already in the mould construction. The further processing is the peak of the product design. The multi talent PU hard foam offers a lot of creativity: Starting with the foil wrapping over to waterproof gloss lacquer up to noble leather covering.

Profiles
One of our specialties is the manufacturing and wrapping of profiles. The benefit of profiles is that they can be used for design and functionality purposes. Certainly we manufacture individual profiles, completely according to your wish. What is most important for you – the price, the weight reduction, the noble look? On our CAD Programs we create your custom made profiles. Even the necessary tools are being manufactured by us. For the individual wrapping of your profiles we use one of our seven high tech wrapping lines. Up to 100m of profiles can be wrapped every minute.
