Ceiling System Nova
Nova is an innovative acoustic ceiling system that combines outstanding sound absorption with a distinctive architectural expression. The system is designed to conceal the traditional T24 suspension grids, creating a seamless ceiling surface where materials, patterns, and colours take centre stage. The result is a harmonious ceiling that not only improves acoustics but also actively enhances the interior design and architectural character of the space.
Nova system offers the flexibility to create clean, minimalist surfaces, striking graphic patterns, or bold three-dimensional designs. Nova is manufactured from the sustainable Archisonic® Felt based on 600 x 600 mm tiles available in 45 curated colours. Rather than a single ceiling panel, Nova offers a family of interchangeable tile designs that create different visual effects while maintaining a common installation platform. Available patterns include Plain, Truchet Type A and B, Plaid, Vertigo Type A and B, Vertigo Fine Type A and B, and Muji Type A and B. The Muji variants can also be combined with optional acoustic fins, allowing designers to introduce additional depth and ceiling articulation where required. The system is available with or without the T-grid components. Unlike traditional lay-in ceiling tiles, Nova panels are clipped into place from below using the supplied mounting profiles.
The interchangeable tile patterns, extensive color palette, and compatibility with standard suspended ceiling infrastructure provide flexibility for both new construction and renovation projects while supporting circular design through Impact Acoustic’s take-back program.
