Libra is an acoustic ceiling solution that combines effective sound absorption with a light and elegant expression. The organic shapes of sculptural volumetric baffles create a dynamic ceiling design that enhances room acoustics and adds a distinctive visual element to the architecture. Libra offers great design flexibility as well as the possibility to integrate LED illumination.

The system can be used both as freely suspended installations and as continuous ceiling systems across larger areas. When the elements are combined into larger compositions, Libra can connect the architecture between zones and functions while reducing noise levels. The flexibility makes it possible to create both intimate and open spaces with a consistent aesthetic and acoustic quality.

Libra is composed of curved volumetric baffles fabricated from 12 mm ARCHISONIC® Felt and available in 45 felt colors and 11 printed finishes, including Riftcut, Terrazzo, and Travertine textures. The system is available in three standard size ranges ans accommodates baffle heights from 100 to 580 mm and widths from 50 to 200 mm. Designers can define custom two-dimensional layouts while creating three-dimensional ceiling forms with radii as small as 250 mm, enabling installations tailored to the geometry of individual projects. Bespoke configurations are also available through Impact Acoustic’s Special Design team.
Libra Light integrates a linear LED luminaire directly within the acoustic baffle, providing direct illumination with 3000 K or 4000 K color temperatures, CRI 90, efficacy of 105 lm/W, and compatibility with DALI or 0–10 V dimming systems.
